Claim N Billing was born out of firsthand experience. We originally operated a non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) company and, like many small healthcare providers, relied on outside billers to manage our claims. Over time, we noticed major gaps payments were being delayed, claims were mishandled, and money was being left on the table.

When we decided to take control of our own billing, everything changed. Once we corrected the issues, cash flow stabilized and operations ran smoothly. That success made it clear how many other small practices were facing the same problem doing great work for their patients but not getting paid properly for it.

So, we pivoted from NEMT to medical billing, bringing the same firsthand understanding of provider pain points to help other small practices get claims billed and paid correctly, on time, and without the frustration we once faced ourselves

CMO Isha focuses on provider communication, outreach, and day-to-day client support. She assists with questions, updates, and coordination, helping new and existing practices feel confident that their billing is being actively managed. Isha’s role is behind the scenes making sure providers have the latest resources to help them understand the complex nature of our healthcare system, whether they are clients or not.
