Claim N Billing was born out of firsthand experience. We originally operated a non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) company and, like many small healthcare providers, relied on outside billers to manage our claims. Over time, we noticed major gaps payments were being delayed, claims were mishandled, and money was being left on the table.
When we decided to take control of our own billing, everything changed. Once we corrected the issues, cash flow stabilized and operations ran smoothly. That success made it clear how many other small practices were facing the same problem doing great work for their patients but not getting paid properly for it.
So, we pivoted from NEMT to medical billing, bringing the same firsthand understanding of provider pain points to help other small practices get claims billed and paid correctly, on time, and without the frustration we once faced ourselves

COO Dana oversees the operational side of Claim N Billing, ensuring every process runs smoothly and every claim is tracked with care. She manages workflows, monitors claim progress, and doesn’t sleep until the money is in your hands. With a strong focus on organization and accountability, Dana plays a key role in keeping our billing structured, transparent, and dependable for every practice we support.
Malyka
Client Support Manager Malyka works closely with claims and client communication, handling billing tasks while also serving as a consistent point of contact for providers. She helps answer questions, tracks claim status, and supports follow-ups with accuracy and patience. Her role bridges technical billing work with client service, making sure providers feel informed, supported, and heard.
